- Danny Joyce -
A Founding Father of the Aviators Whiskey Society, Danny has been involved in the Irish Drinks Industry for the past 13 years. From working in Ambassadorial roles, to being nominated for Whiskey Writing contributions. A striver for spreading the good word of Uisce Beatha.
- Grant Irwin -
Grant has worked in the Irish Whiskey Industry for the past 8 years or so. Having worked on a Dublin Distillery floor, to showcasing some of the biggest whiskies in the World in Ambassadorial roles, Grant's fountain of whiskey knowledge is lauded amongst his peers.
- Matías A. Luciani -
Awarded with an IWSC Emerging Talent in Spirits Trophy in 2023, Matí has a pure passion for all things whisky, and his refined palate and nose are highly respected in the Spirits Industry. Matías (WSET 3) holds a General Certificate in Distilling (Institute of Brewing and Distilling), He's also an IWSC (International Wine and Spirits Competition) Judge
- Stephen Gallagher-
Stephen has worked in the bar trade for many years, both domestically and abroad. His passion for Whiskey led him back to Managing a prestigious Whiskey Store before embarking on a Firefighting career, where he became a Founding Member of Dóiteáin Whiskey and Cigar Club.
