Wildlands, the family adventure park located in Moycullen on the outskirts of Galway is supporting 20-year-old Liam Davoren, a talented GAA player who was seriously injured at the end of last year and after undergoing two major surgeries is recovering at the High Dependency Unit of Galway University Hospital.
Liam is a cherished member of the Wildlands team along with many of his friends and to support Liam and his family Wildlands is donating ALL activity proceeds from Bank Holiday Monday 5th February to the Hope4Liam campaign.
The proceeds of every activity whether its soaring on the zipline or navigating the challenge rooms or simply walking through the fairy trails will be donated to the campaign to aid Liam’s recovery.
David Bohan, Co-owner and Director of Wildlands said of the fundraising effort “We want to make Monday 5th a day to remember for everyone who attends and for Liam and his family to know that they are not alone – we are thinking of them all the time”.
For those unable to join in person, a 'Send Hope' option is available to contribute to Liam's recovery here.
