The FREE 75 (a non-alcoholic take on the classic French 75 Cocktail)
Ingredients:
• 25ml Saoirse Gin Alternative
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• 5ml Sugar Syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated until combined then cooled)
• Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine
• Twist of Lemon to Garnish
Method:
• Shake the Saoirse, Lemon juice and Sugar Syrup together with ice
• Strain into a chilled champagne flute
• Top with Aldi Zero Point Zero Non-Alcoholic Sparkline Wine
• Add a Twist of Lemon
I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S NOT BUTTERED RUM Ingredients: • 1 tbsp Soft Light Brown Sugar • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon • ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg • 100ml Saoirse Rum Alternative • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted • Cinnamon Sticks to Serve Method • Combine the Sugar, Cinnamon & Nutmeg in a small bowl • Gradually pour in the Saoirse Rum Alternative and Melted Butter • Stir together and divide between 2 heatproof glasses • Top each with 100ml boiling water and stir well • Garnish each with a cinnamon stick to serve
