The multi-award-winning The Busker Irish Whiskey has launched it's first small batch single pot still whiskey. Matured in American bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso sherry European oak butts, this first in a double-aged collection has been expertly crafted to showcase the pinnacle of Irish single pot whiskey.
The Busker small batch single pot still whiskey is triple distilled and double matured in the ancient southeast at The Royal Oak in Co.Carlow, where each cask has been carefully selected by the Master Blender to create the unique flavour and deep golden amber colour, blending tradition with modern appeal.

This process allows the whiskey to achieve a perfect harmony of spice and fruit, showcasing the best that maturation has to offer. The limited edition whiskey showcases aromatic complexity with leathery tobacco notes, soft lingering spice, and sumptuous autumnal fruits – figs, sultanas, prunes, and damsons, bound together with exquisite caramelized balsamic tones. Resinous notes of distinguished oak and fragrant sandalwood create an elegant, smooth finish.
