Exclusive to HYDE for the Galway region, Belvedere Organic Infusions deliver a perfect drink for any occasion, whether enjoying a top-shelf vodka-soda or mixing a favourite cocktail.
Lemon & Basil with a Touch of Elderflower profiles tart and zesty organic lemon and fragrant green basil, balanced with a touch of elderflower.
Blackberry & Lemongrass with a Hint of Sage perfectly layers organic vodka combining the flavours of lush ripe blackberry and fragrant lemongrass, balanced with a hint of sage.
While Pear & Ginger with a Drop of Linden Honey pairs luscious ripe pear, light ginger spice, and the complexity of organic Belvedere vodka, touched by a final hint of linden honeyed sweetness.
As the weather heats up, the Belvedere Summer Experience at HYDE is serving up specially created cocktails, costing €12.50 or €13, and designed to showcase the Belvedere Organic Infusions range.
Enjoy seasonal spritzes including the Belvedere Blackberry & Lemongrass Spritz, Belvedere Lemon & Basil Spritz or Belvedere Pear & Ginger Spritz, while those who prefer a more classic vodka cocktail can choose from a French Martini, French 75, Belvedere Martini and Espresso Martini.
As well as your cocktail of choice, the Belvedere Enjoy Summer Naturally menu comes complimented by tempting treats and tasty bites that pack a punch. Choose from six canape plates (€22.50 pp) including Brazilian style monkfish and prawn baked in coconut & red pepper cream paired with a Belvedere French Martini.
Mini Thai vegetable spring rolls come enhanced with a Belvedere Blackberry & Lemongrass Spritz.
Confit pork belly with ginger and sesame is complemented with a Belvedere French 75.
Teriyaki glazed salmon, furikake seasoning on treacle wholemeal bread is deliciously combined with a Belvedere Lemon & Basil Spritz.
Baked Wicklow brie and berry tartlet comes perfectly partnered with a Belvedere Pear & Ginger Spritz, and Ardsallagh goats’ cheese & beetroot croutes is matched with a Belvedere Martini.
