• 50ml Lyre’s Spice Cane Spirit
• 90ml Spicy Ginger Beer
• 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Sugar syrup
Place two parts sugar to one part water in a pot, stir to combine and bring to a boil. Allow to cool and you have sugar syrup.
Honey Syrup
Mix 5 parts honey to one part boiling water and stir till combined.
