D-8TE at the Roe & Co Distillery is back!

After an incredible summer of flavours celebrated at Dublin’s must visit gastronomical experience D-8TE, Roe & Co Distillery will welcome an exciting new restaurant residency. Chef Jeremy of La Cocina Cuevas is set to tantalise taste buds with his California style Mexican food. Paired with an exciting array of Roe & Co whiskey cocktails, this menu is a taste explosion that you won’t want to miss. La Cocina Cuevas will be in residence Thursday, 28th October to Sunday, 31st October and Thursday, 4th November to Sunday, November 7th .

Getting to be a part of something like D-8TE is a great opportunity for La Cocina Cuevas so we’re looking forward to meeting some new people and hopefully getting them excited about dishes they might not have tried before.’ Jeremy has packed his menu full of seasonal flavours with dishes that include Pork Taquitos, Pumpkin Tamales, Beef Birria and Tacos de Hongos. Not to mention the deep fried ice cream for dessert! To enhance these incredible flavours, the expert bartenders at Roe & Co have curated a menu of perfectly paired whiskey cocktails. It will be a foodie match made in heaven.

Roe & Co’s cocktail village offers tables of 6 and 4, with limited 2 available. Get a group of friends together and catch up over cocktails and Mexican bites in the sheltered outdoor cocktail garden at the Roe & Co Distillery. Evening sittings start from 5:30pm, Thursday & Friday, with daytime sitting on weekends starting from lunch through to early evening. There will be a 2-hour sitting with specially created set menus priced at €40 per person. Curated Roe & Co whiskey cocktail pairings at €30 per person. Beer and an extensive cocktail menu also available. Please note that the only dietary requirement they can accommodate is a vegetarian set menu and this must be pre-ordered in advance.
