Tia Merry Espresso Martini 

Indulge in the rich, velvety flavour of a Tia Espresso Martini with a festive twist.


Ingredients

• 25ml Tia Maria

• 25ml Vodka

• Double or Single shot of Espresso

• 1 Crushed Candy Cane 


Method

• Fill a martini glass with ice and set aside to chill

• Pour Tia maria, vodka, and espresso into a cocktail shaker.

• Fill the rest of the shaker with ice. Shake ingredients together.

• Empty the glass of ice and dip the rim of the glass in the crushed candy cane

Pour in the contents of the shaker using a strainer and sieve into the glass.

Finish with a garnish of three coffee beans.


SAVOUR:

Irish Coffee

The Tia twist on a classic. 


Ingredients:

• 30ml Irish Whiskey

• 20ml Tia Maria

• 30ml Coffee

• Single Cream  & Nutmeg 


Method:

• Add Tia Maria, Coffee & Irish Whiskey to a glass

• Stir all ingredients

• Float the cream on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon

• Garnish with Nutmeg on the surface.


SHOT:

Baby Guinness:

Ingredients:

• ¾ TIA MARIA COLD BREW

• ¼ IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR OR DISARONNO VELVET


Method:

• Use a chilled shot glass and Tia Maria's

Float Irish Cream Liqueur or Disaronno Velvet on top with the help of a spoon
