ODEON Cinemas Stillorgan have announce the opening of the highly anticipated new documentary Sins of Ireland this Friday, 25th April, with a special Q&A screening on Saturday, 26th April at 7pm, featuring renowned director Alex Fegan.

With a strong focus on the legacy of the Catholic Church, Sins of Ireland offers a powerful lens into one of its most deeply rooted and personal traditions. In a society utterly transformed over the past 40 years, the documentary presents a poignant and unflinching exploration of Ireland’s evolving relationship with faith and institutional religion.
Audience members will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with Alex Fegan, the acclaimed director behind celebrated Irish documentaries such as Older Than Ireland and The Irish Pub. The post-screening Q&A will invite discussion and reflection on the film's powerful themes and the wider questions it raises about faith, forgiveness, and accountability.
Alex Fegan, Director of Sins of Ireland, said: “Making the film taught me many things about our past, myself and life itself. If people get even a small bit as much from watching Sins of Ireland as I did from making it, I will be delighted”.
