New Menus at Hugo’s Restaurant with a Pre-Theatre Menu that features a ‘Sweet for the Street’

Hugo’s Merrion Row, with it's distinctive robin egg blue exterior, has been a much loved dining destination for over 15 years now. While the sumptuous interior plays homage to the building’s Georgian heritage, the menu is always perfectly up to date, fresh, imaginative and with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Keeping up with the times, Hugo’s has now launched a new Pre-Theatre Menu, served from Tuesday to Friday from 5pm to 6.30pm, with two courses for €37.

Making the most of their central location, Hugo’s now offers a clever and complimentary sweet treat after your Pre Theatre dining. Their ‘Sweet for the Street' is an ice cream cone with a choice of strawberry ice cream or apple sorbet. The perfect addition to your stroll through the Dublin streets to your next destination!

Graze on complimentary house breads & seaweed butter, while choosing from four starters which include three Carlingford Oysters with green apple, cucumber, jalapeno and crème fraiche, and Duck Liver Parfait with toasted brioche, sour cherry chutney, chicory and honey. The four main courses are just as indulgent with Braised Irish Hereford Shortrib, served with pomme mousseline, crispy onions, pickled cucumber and red wine jus and Wild Garlic Gnocchi with green asparagus, cured egg yolk and aged parmesan.

Hugo’s’ new lunch menu is available from Tuesday Friday from 12 midday with last reservation at 3.15pm. The new lunch offering is three ‘Plat du Jour’ with pairing suggestions. Available alongside the A La Carte Lunch Menu, and regularly updated, the menu currently features:
