Jennifer, known for her dynamic presence on television and radio, will play a key role in raising awareness and supporting Coolmine’s mission to help individuals and families affected by addiction.

Having recently visited Ashleigh House - Coolmine’s dedicated residential service for mothers and children - Jennifer was deeply moved by the stories of those impacted by addiction recovery. “I’m honoured to support Coolmine and the incredible work they do. Addiction affects so many families, and it’s vital that people know there is help available."

Jennifer added: “I want to use my platform to encourage conversations, inspire change, and help those in need find the support they deserve.”

CEO of Coolmine Pauline McKeown expressed her excitement about Jennifer joining as an ambassador: “Jennifer’s passion and commitment to make a positive difference align perfectly with Coolmine’s vision. Her voice will be instrumental in breaking stigma and highlighting the life-changing support we offer.”

April, a mother of two who successfully completed the programme at Ashleigh House, met with Jennifer during a recent visit and said: “Coolmine gave me and my children a second chance. Without their guidance and care, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Jennifer’s involvement will shine a light on the importance of services like these.”

As part of her ambassadorial role Jennifer will support Coolmines fundraising initiatives and events. This includes the VHI Dublin Mini Marathon on the 1st of June 2025 where she will run alongside Coolmine's colleagues to support the organisation.

Encouraging others to join the Dublin Mini Marathon in aid of Coolmine Jennifer said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to come together, raise much-needed funds, and show solidarity with those on their recovery journey. Let’s run for a cause that truly changes lives.”

Coolmine Therapeutic Community has been providing evidence-based addiction recovery services for over 50 years, empowering individuals and families to overcome addiction and rebuild their lives.
