Indo-Chine - D4s hottest new hangout

Indo-Chine on Dublin’sLeeson Street, is a cosy neighbourhood restaurant influenced by Southeast Asian culinary experiences.

The melting pot of Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar with flavours of Malaysia interspersed, gives them their culinary heritage, albeit with a minimalist French slant.

Indo-Chine restaurant recently launched their Christmas Menu under the helm of talented Head Chef Philip Hughes.

This vibey neighbourhood restaurant on leeson street opened early September 2022 as a pop up. with the great response, indo-chine is now a permanent fixture with a menu that is short but neat and big on flavour!

This intimate eatery, which takes décor inspiration from the french indochina era, is the perfect spot for an early morning coffee and pastry, a quick or long leisurely lunch, dinner or late- night drinks.

Indo-Chine's Christmas Menu was recently curated by Head Chef Philip Hughes, who hails from New Zealand, and embraces the flavours and spices of southeast Asia. Philip has spent the last few months sourcing and researching what is in season and what is local.

The restaurant prides itself in supporting local suppliers such as Pat McLoughlin’s Butcher, Ocean Marine for seafood/fish and Caterway for vegetables.

The wine and food here is a great match but be prepared to tickle your tastebuds with indo-chines cocktails made by mixologist Carlos, who’s passion lies in homemade syrups and creating hand crafted drinks. Indo-Chine’s cocktail list is inspired by the modern classics using asian teas and spices. Indo-Chine offers a late-night bar with a DJ at the weekends from 10pm till late.
