Harry’s of Malahide Introduces New Four-Course Autumn Menu

Harry’s of Malahide is offering a new four-course menu, inspired by the French Riviera with warming dishes and paired wines

The four-course menu begins with Homemade Focaccia served with oil, aged balsamic and rustic tapenade, followed by Mille Feuilles Caprese with rocket, basil leaves and basil pesto. For the main course, guests can choose from three options: rich Braised Beef Ragu, creamy Carbonara Risotto, or a wholesome French Lentil Casserole. The indulgence continues with a selection of desserts, including Tiramisu and Cannoli, or decadent Chocolate Mousse.

Chef Patron Grace O’Riordan speaks about the inspiration behind the menu, saying: “During my recent trip to Nice, I really immersed myself in the French Riviera and was drawn to a lot of the more traditional family-run bistros that offered a good value set menu which showcased a variety of delicious food. I was excited to get back to Harry’s and create something similar for the transitional Autumn season”.

With a select menu, Harry’s has something for everyone with a variety of sharing plates, bistro favourites and comforting pasta dishes, alongside an enviable list of wines carefully selected from around the world. Alternatively, guests can also enjoy the finest local produce used to create a menu inspired by owners Grace and Andrew’s extensive travels through Southern Europe bringing back dishes such as Baked Scallops, Arancini, Tagliata and Baked Camembert to name a few.

Harry’s menu also offers a delightful selection of Charcuterie using some of the finest Spanish and Italian meats, freshly cut to order. In addition, there’s a wonderful selection of Irish cheeses and the chance to create a bespoke cheese board with guests’ own personal favourites along with wine pairing suggestions from around the world.

Harry’s Wine Club offers enthusiasts a membership or one-off sampling option to experience some of the incredible wines on offer, including a variety of organic, vegan, and biodynamic options. Numbers are kept small to ensure an intimate and engaging evening for guests, and bookings can be made online at harrysofmalahide.com/wineclub for the next gathering on Wednesday 30th October with internationally experienced sommelier, wine educator and wine judge Harshal Shah of Carrington Wines.

The four-course menu is priced at €35 per person sharing. Harry’s of Malahide is located at 3 Old St, Malahide, Dublin, K36 EH67. Opening hours are Wednesday - Friday 5 pm - 11 pm, and Saturday 1 pm to 11 pm.
