Today, Tuesday 7th of December, the 28th store from Irish gelato chain, Gino’s Gelato will open the doors of its second store in Dundrum Town Centre located beside Tesco on the third floor - the perfect spot to treat yourself after taking on the weekly shop! With another Gino’s Gelato shop on the ground floor beside Compu B this brings to 14 the number of Gino’s Gelato stores in Dublin.
Whether you’re a traditionalist or a risk taker, Gino’s has something for you with an extensive range of delicious traditional Italian gelato made using 100% organic Irish milk, and several dairy free, vegan friendly sorbets, made using Irish filtered water ‘Fior Uisce’.
Favourites include the multi-award-winning Pistachio flavour, Kinder Bueno and Gino’s Chocolate Oreo Crêpe. And for the festive season that’s in it, two new flavours Golden Salted Caramel Cheesecake and Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel will be available in the store. Gino’s Gelato is 100% Irish owned, founded by second generation ice-cream men, Jonathan Kirwan and Anthony Murphy. The number one priority has always been to use the very best and freshest ingredients in order to create the most authentic gelato. With this new store, the objective is to bring the total workforce to over 400 employees by the end of 2021.
