A rich and supple red wine, this organic Malbec from Argentina is an excellent partner for Easter lamb. Quite big but impeccably balanced, the sustainably grown grapes are from the high-altitude Uco Valley - which explains the freshness.

In a sense this wine is a cousin of Amarone (but much, much more affordable!) and this explains the lovely combination of concentrated fruit and rich dark cherry character with fresh acidity.
