So here are two beautiful spring cocktails from Blackwater Distillery that you can put together in minutes to help you unwind in style.
Strawberry Blossom
This delicious cocktail is the perfect combination of sweet & bitter.
Ingredients:
• 50ml Blackwater Wexford Strawberry Gin
• 15ml Elderflower cordial
• 15ml Lemon and Lime Kefir
• 25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Glass:
Coupe/Champagne Flute
Recipe:
Add all the the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 15-30 seconds and double strain into a chilled glass.
Spring Joy
A simple but delicious Spring cocktail made with Blackwater No.5 Gin & garnished with rosemary.
Ingredients:
• 50ml Blackwater No.5 Gin
• 15ml Kefir
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• 15ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
• 3 Slices of Cucumber
Garnish:
Rosemary Sprig
Glass:
Coupe
Recipe:
Add cucumber and sugar syrup to shaker and muddle gently, then add all other ingredients with ice and shake, double strain into coupe glass, garnish with rosemary sprig.
