Dingle Unplugged at Camden Studios: Intimate acoustic gig series to connect Fans with Musicians

Dingle Distillery and Camden Recording Studios are proud to announce the launch of an exciting new event series, Dingle Unplugged at Camden Studios. The series is set to feature a stellar lineup of some of Ireland's established and emerging artists across all music genres to celebrate the raw, acoustic essence of music, in the intimate setting of Camden Recording Studios.

Providing a truly unplugged, unique experience for both listeners and performers alike, the first event of the series will take place on Thursday, June 8th, 2023, at Camden Recording Studios in Dublin with guest acts Moncrieff and Cathy Davey.


These events promise to be a special opportunity for music lovers to get up close and personal with some of the innovators and legends of the Irish music scene, set to take the stage in a rare setting unlike any other music venue, Camden Recording Studios. The series is set to feature a roster of artists in their purest form, stripped down to acoustic performances highlighting the genuine talent and artistry of Irish musicians. The launch event of the series will feature Cathy Davey and Moncrieff, two of Ireland's most talented and distinctive musical voices.

Cathy Davey is an Irish singer-songwriter who has established herself as one of the country's most captivating musical voices. She has released several albums that blend elements of folk, rock, and indie-pop, and her unique style has won her fans around the world.


Moncrieff is a rising star in the Irish music scene. He burst onto the scene with his debut single "Symptoms" in 2017 and has since been captivating audiences with his emotive and soulful music. With his talent and passion for music, Moncrieff is poised as one of Ireland's most exciting new artists.


This event will be presented by the revered singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, Loah, who across her solo career has released 3 EPs of a hypermodern fusion genre she nicknamed “ArtSoul”. Her music has been described as a fusion of different cultures and traditions, creating a sound that is both fresh and timeless.

Cathy Davey says: "I’m thrilled to be part of the Dingle Unplugged at Camden Studios event series. It will be so nice playing such an intimate setting, and new music will be played! It is so lovely to share the stage with Moncrieff, I’m a big fan. What an incredible voice!”



Moncrieff comments: "I've always loved performing in intimate settings, where I can connect with the audience on a deeper level. This event series is the perfect opportunity to showcase my music alongside other talented Irish artists who are breaking new ground in the industry. I’m excited to be a part of such a unique and exciting event series, and I can't wait to share my music with the passionate and engaged audience."
