Dun Laoghaire's oldest surviving premises, The Purty Kitchen, is inviting all to join them in a culinary journey, celebrating Cinco de Mayo this Friday. This annual event, commemorating Mexico's historic victory over the French in 1862, will be filled with vibrant flavours, specially crafted margaritas, and a delectable seafood special.
On Friday, May 5th, The Purty Kitchen will pay homage to Mexico's annual day of celebration by introducing a bespoke Margarita menu. The in-house mixologist has crafted a selection of both classic and unique margaritas, offering a delightful twist on their most popular cocktail.
The Margarita menu includes:
• The Classic Margarita
• Blueberry & Hibiscus Margarita
• Casa Amigos Margarita
• Spicy Margarita
• Grapefruit Margarita
Additionally, The Purty Kitchen’s Head Chef has developed a Cinco de Mayo inspired seafood special, available exclusively on Friday, May 5th. Influenced by the vibrant tastes of tequila and lime, this seafood creation is crafted with the freshest market fish, ensuring a truly unforgettable dining experience.
The Purty Kitchen’s Flavour Expert Mark Heather said: “We look forward to welcoming you to join us at The Purty Kitchen, as we embrace the spirit of Cinco de Mayo.
