Carrolls Irish Gifts is Empowering Irish Businesses to Thrive with launch of 2024 ‘Fáilte’ Initiative

Building on the huge success of last year, Carrolls Irish Gifts proudly announces the return of Fáilte for its second year, an initiative dedicated to nurturing and celebrating Irish businesses. Committed to supporting local entrepreneurs and celebrating Irish creativity, Fáilte provides a platform for businesses of all kinds to thrive.

In 2023, Carrolls Irish Gifts proudly announced Rachel Brady, the proud owner of 'As Gaeilge', as the winner of their Fáilte initiative. Rachel’s products are now available in select Carrolls Irish Gifts stores in Dublin and Belfast, as well as online. This achievement marks a remarkable milestone for both Rachel and the initiative.

Fáilte 2024 offers a unique opportunity for Irish businesses to showcase their offerings and unlock their full potential. With a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and recognition, Fáilte aims to foster growth and development within the Irish business community.

The winner of the initiative will receive a comprehensive support package, including stocking products in Carrolls Irish Gifts stores nationwide, and online. Additionally, they will receive a comprehensive support package valued at 20k including tailored online promotion, expert guidance, media exposure, and prime in-store showcase opportunities.

Peter Hyland, CEO of Carrolls Irish Gifts, commented on the Fáilte initiative, stating "Fáilte embodies our commitment to nurturing Irish businesses. Supporting our community lies at the core of our mission here at Carrolls Irish Gifts and we value our relationships with each one of our suppliers. We are so excited to continue this journey, offering support and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs."

From Friday, April 5th Carrolls Irish Gifts are encouraging Irish businesses to apply for the Fáilte initiative and meet with the Carrolls Irish Gifts buying team to share the journey of their business so far and why they want to partner with Carrolls.

Notable Irish businesses that work in partnership with Carrolls Irish Gifts include the Irish Socksciety, and Irish Decal Products Ltd. The Irish Socksciety has been working with Carrolls Irish Gifts for the last three years, while Irish Decal Products Ltd. has enjoyed a longstanding relationship spanning two decades.

Darren Brady of Irish Decal Products Ltd commented on working with Carrolls:

Carrolls have always offered valuable guidance based on their experience and the direction of the market. This has helped us in the development of a successful range of products and has helped us to launch our new brands within the Irish Market over the past two decades.”

Joanna Ciezka from Irish Socksciety also commented on her experience working with Carrolls Irish Gifts, stating: “Carrolls Irish Gifts is a strong and very well-established Irish family business with staff really focused on delivering gifts with grá.
