From an idea hatched during lockdown, Boujee Booze was founded by friends Michael O’Donoghue and Simon O’Connor, to offer much more than just another option for ordering wine online.
Visit www.boujee-booze.com and you’ll find a one stop shop packed with an exciting wine selection, recipes, pairing suggestions, hampers and more.
With a focus on sourcing from smaller family owned vineyards, across classic wines and with a selection of newer natural and organic styles too, there’s a very exciting selection of 75 wines to choose from across Red, White, Fizzy and Pink – all available for next day delivery, nationwide.

THE BOUJEE BOOZE CHRISTMAS SELECTION Selected by Michael O’Donoghue White
Peter Lauer Fass 16 Riesling (€28) Such a dynamic wine, and Riesling being many peoples favourite food wines I figured we had to include one! Off dry but super fresh and crisp, medium bodied with great acidity, minerality and a long finish! Flavours of grapefruit peach and ginger! It works beautifully for appetizers through to cheese plates and also goes great with all white meats!
Chablis from Nathalie and Gilles Fevre (€33)
Dry, medium bodied, beautiful acidity, crisp, floral, juicy with hints of citrus and minerality. This is a great example of a chablis drinking very well! An Irish house favourite which goes well with seafood, turkey and ham and is versatile enough to tackle most side dishes!
Red
Ventoux from Famille Perrin. (€18) The same family who make the acclaimed Chateau de Beaucastel. Full bodied, well balanced, easy drinking, red berries, cherry, light tannins and decent length. Consisting of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah this wine can tackle all the meats and all the trimmings!!
Pascal Henriot Pinot Noir (€24)
For a lighter red option I have always loved a pinot noir and I find this one to be beautiful. Light bodied, zingy. Drinks like a Bojo. Red fruit driven, medium acidity and light tannins. Sparkling
Tuffeau Blanc de Blancs from Plou et Fils (€20)
An unbelievable price for such a beautiful bottle. Light, clean, zesty, flavours of apple & citrus with a dry finish, perfect all day sipper. Starting your Christmas day off with this would certainly put a smile on everyone's face.
Laherte Freres Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature (€60)
For a pricier option I went with this biodynamic wine. Citrus and floral, creamy and mineral, lemon, grapefruit, green apple, dry, massive depth. Beautiful accompaniment to canapes or nibbles to start a dinner, everyone would be impressed with this! Visit boujee-booze.com for more details.
