Limerick based Chocolate Maker, Braw has released its Easter 2022 egg range. Each egg is carefully handmade by Chocolatier Anna Coffey Lynch who uses Luker, a chocolate brand that supplies chocolate sourced both ethically and sustainably. The eggs are available for national delivery through www.Braw.ie and they can also be found at selected stockists. Each egg is named after a familiar place where Anna finds inspiration.
Kildimo is a milk chocolate egg hand painted with a colourful design. Inside Kildimo you will find freeze dried raspberries and pineapple. The sharpness of the fruit balances out the sweetness of the chocolate and this all-rounder will appeal to all ages.
The Dark Chocolate egg is called the Adare and is hand-made with 72% chocolate and a coffee biscuit is dotted inside, giving it a crunch and depth of flavour, which will delight lovers of strong, intense chocolate. The coffee biscuits are made with Eleven 14’s single origin Colombian Coffee. Eleven 14 is a close-by Limerick business recently launched by Keith Earl.
Eggs are available for €30 plus €8 shipping within Ireland or free collection from The Chocolate Room (Braw’s Kitchen) in Limerick. Order at www.Braw.ie
Anna is also launching an alternative to eggs for Easter. Braw is now selling “A Year’s Brownies Supply”. Often deemed the Best Brownies in Ireland, they are available for national delivery. The brownies come in boxes of 8 individual portions and will be sent out monthly. You can sign up for three, six or twelve months of pure deliciousness.
Prices are €60 for three months, €110 for six months and €180 for 12 months.
