120,000 calories burned in FLYEfit Finglas polar heat classes in first month

FLYEfits new state of the art gym in Finglas has become a huge success with locals since opening its doors to the public last month.

FLYEfit’s 19th gym, located in Clearwater Shopping Centre in Finglas, is fully fitted with cutting edge equipment and features classes for all fitness levels. In the last month, the gym has seen membership grow daily.

With a full weights suite section, strength equipment, hammer strength equipment and cardio machines, as well as a large astro turf area. FLYEfit Finglas gives members a wide range of options when planning their personal workout regimen. A full personal training team is on-site to guide members to get the most out of their sessions and classes.

In it's first month, FLYEfit Finglas members have burnt over 120,000 calories in the heated polar classes alone. Gym manager Graham Carolan said, “Even with the great weather, we are not seeing any drop-off in attendance, with demand high for all our classes across the board. We are very accessible with public transport, and we have off street parking outside the gym”.
